AGM Update Announcement - Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has appointed Steven Michael as an independent non-executive Director to fill a casual vacancy under the Company's Constitution. Mr. Michael will retire at the next AGM on 29 May 2024 and seeks election as a Director. The Board supports his election, considering him an independent Director with a strong background in the resources industry. Shareholders can vote on Resolution 5, the re-election of Mr. Michael, by attending the AGM or submitting a proxy form by 27 May 2024. Mr. Michael's election was not previously included in the AGM notice but is now an additional item.
