Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has submitted an application for the quotation of securities. Specifically, 363,000 fully paid ordinary securities are being quoted on the ASX. These securities have been issued as a result of options being exercised or other convertible securities being converted. The options were exercised on June 29, 2023, by key management personnel, Stuart McKenzie and Chris Knee. The securities are intended to be, but have not yet been, quoted by ASX. The exercise of the options was part of an employee incentive scheme, and the securities are being issued without cash consideration. Following the quotation, the total number of quoted securities on issue will be 863,790,703.
