Results of Meeting

Marvel Gold Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2023, and all resolutions put to shareholders were passed. The resolutions included the adoption of the Remuneration Report, the re-election of Director Mr. Stephen Dennis, the election of Director Mr. Howard Golden, and the approval of the issue of options to Mr. Howard Golden. Resolution 4 was withdrawn and not put to shareholders. The voting summary showed that the resolutions were carried with a majority of votes in favor.
