Change in substantial holding

On 15th July 2021, Marvel Gold Limited (ACN: 610 319 769) received a notice of change of interests of substantial holder. 2invest AG, Deutsche Balaton Aktiengesellschaft, VV Beteiligungen Aktiengesellschaft, DELPHI Unternehmensberatung Aktiengesellschaft, and Wilhelm K.T. Zours from Heidelberg, Germany are substantial holders in the company. The previous notice was given on 31st March 2022 and the previous voting power was 15.01%. The present notice shows a decrease in voting power to 11.87%. There have been several changes in relevant interests, including on-market purchases and dilution from the issuance of new shares.
