Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has applied for the quotation of 600,000 fully paid ordinary securities (ASX code: MVL). These securities are being issued as a result of options being exercised or convertible securities being converted. The options had a zero exercise price and vested upon achieving certain criteria. The securities being issued will rank equally with existing securities in the same class. The total number of quoted securities on issue following this application will be 705,094,370. Additionally, there are several unquoted securities issued but not listed on ASX.
