Final Director's Interest Notice

Marvel Gold Limited has submitted a final director's interest notice to ASX regarding Andrew Pardey, who ceased to be a director on November 24, 2022. In Part 1 of the notice, it is disclosed that Andrew Pardey was the registered holder of 2,000,000 shares and various unquoted options with different exercise prices and expiry dates.
