Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Marvel Gold Limited has announced the resignation of Phil Hoskins as a non-executive director, effective from 13 October 2022. Hoskins, who is also the Managing Director of Evolution Energy Minerals Limited, has decided to step down from his role at Marvel due to his responsibilities at the other company. Marvel's Chairman, Stephen Dennis, expressed gratitude for Hoskins' contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors. The composition of the Board is currently being reviewed to ensure the necessary capabilities to support the business.
