Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has applied for the quotation of securities resulting from options being exercised or convertible securities being converted. The company will issue 175,000 ordinary fully paid securities. The options were issued to employees through their employment arrangements. The quoted securities will rank equally with the existing issued securities in that class. After the quotation, the issued capital of the company will comprise a total of 704,494,370 ordinary fully paid securities. There are also unquoted securities still in issue, including options expiring on various dates.
