Results of Meeting

Marvel Gold Limited has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on May 31, 2022. All resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll. The details of the voting on each resolution are provided in the attached voting summary. The resolutions included the adoption of the Remuneration Report, the re-election of Director Mr. Andrew Pardey, the election of Director Mr. Phil Hoskins, the approval of an additional 1% issuance capacity, and the approval of the Marvel Gold Limited Option Plan. The resolutions were carried with significant support from shareholders.
