Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has applied for the quotation of securities that were issued as part of a previously announced transaction. The total number of securities to be quoted is 28,954,509, with an issue price of AUD 0.045 per security. These securities are being issued to address a shortfall from a non-renounceable entitlement offer. Following the quotation, the issued capital of the company will comprise 704,319,370 fully paid ordinary securities. There are also additional unquoted securities issued but not quoted on ASX.
