Marvel ownership interest in Tabakorole increases to 70%

Marvel Gold Limited has announced an update on its Tabakorole joint venture. The company's ownership interest in the Tabakorole resource has increased from 51% to 70% following amendments to the joint venture agreement with Altus Strategies plc. Marvel has the potential to increase its ownership interest to 75% by spending US$5 million on exploration and project development by December 2023, and ultimately to 80% upon completion of a definitive feasibility study. Exploration work is ongoing, with auger and RC drilling at multiple licenses in the Tabakorole project. The company aims to turn Tabakorole into a multi-million-ounce gold project and expand its landholding in Mali.
