Change in financial year end

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has announced a change in its financial year end from 30 June to 31 December. The change is to align the financial year end with the Company's Mali subsidiaries and joint venture interests, which are unable to change their financial year end due to legislative restrictions in Mali. The Company's previous financial year ended on 30 June 2021, and it will have a six-month transitional financial year from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021. After that, it will revert to a twelve-month financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. The company will need to lodge an annual report by 31 March 2022 and hold an annual general meeting by 30 May 2022.
