Evolution successfully listed on the ASX

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) is pleased to announce that the initial public offering (IPO) of Evolution Energy Minerals Limited (Evolution) has been successfully listed on the ASX under stock code EV1. The closing share price of Evolution on November 25th was $0.51 per share, a 155% premium to the IPO price of $0.20 per share. Marvel holds 50 million shares in Evolution, valued at $25.5 million. This translates to a valuation of $0.043 per Marvel share. Marvel is now assessing its options to maximize value for shareholders with respect to the Evolution investment.
