Marvel Gold Limited has issued unquoted options under an employee incentive scheme. The options are exercisable at different prices and have expiration dates ranging from November 2024 to November 2026. A total of 6,000,000 options were issued with an exercise price of AUD 0.065, expiring in November 2024. Another 4,346,154 options were issued with an exercise price of AUD 0.00, expiring in November 2024, and an additional 4,346,154 options were issued with an exercise price of AUD 0.00, expiring in November 2026. These options were issued to key management personnel, including Stephen Dennis, Andrew Pardey, Phil Hoskins, and Chris Van Wijk. The terms of the securities have not yet received confirmation from ASX.
