Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has applied for the quotation of 2,000,000 fully paid ordinary securities on the ASX. These securities were issued as part of a transaction previously announced in an Appendix 3B. The company confirms that there are further issues of securities yet to take place to complete the transaction, including the issuance of 12,000,000 shares upon the grant of further tenements and 20,000,000 shares subject to the delineation of mineral resources. The total number of quoted securities on issue after the quotation will be 586,932,808. The securities were issued as consideration for the acquisition of gold exploration interests in Mali.
