Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has submitted an application for the quotation of securities. The company plans to issue 6,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares as part of a transaction previously announced in an Appendix 3B. The shares were issued as consideration for the acquisition of gold exploration interests in Mali. The total number of securities on issue after the quotation will be 584,932,808.
