Notification of cessation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has announced the cessation of two equity securities. The first security, MVLAN, is an option expiring on July 1, 2024, with a nil price. A total of 1,735,986 securities have ceased due to the lapse of conditional rights, as the conditions have not been satisfied. The second security, MVLAQ, is an option expiring on July 1, 2023, also with a nil price. A total of 1,095,372 securities have ceased for the same reason. No consideration will be paid for the cessation of these securities. Following these changes, the issued capital of the company comprises 578,932,808 ordinary fully paid securities and various unquoted equity securities.
