Tabakorole mineral resource exceeds one million ounces

Based on the JORC Code guidelines, the mineral resource estimate for the Tabakorole Gold Project has been classified into Indicated and Inferred Resources. This classification was based on the geological data, drilling density, confidence in the geological interpretation, continuity of mineralization, and grade continuity. The estimate has been determined to meet the JORC guidelines criteria for classification. The resource estimate reflects a global estimate, considering no mining has taken place on the project. The estimation techniques used, such as Multiple Indicator Kriging, were appropriate for the geological setting of the deposit. The basis for the classification and the relative accuracy and confidence of the estimate have been considered and deemed suitable by the Competent Person. No audits or reviews of the estimate have been conducted. No production data is available for comparison at this stage. The estimate is dry tonnage with no moisture factored in.Bulk density determinations were conducted through industry standard immersion techniques, with average densities applied to different rock types and oxidation states. The density measurements are considered representative and appropriate for the geological characteristics of the project.
