Marvel Gold Limited has announced the issuance of unquoted options under an employee incentive scheme. A total of 2,897,692 options were issued with an exercise price of AUD 0.00000000 and an expiry date of August 27, 2026. Additionally, 2,247,692 options were issued with an exercise price of AUD 0.06000000 and an expiry date of August 27, 2024. Another 3,500,000 options were issued with an expiry date of July 29, 2024, and exercise prices of 3.5 cents, 10 cents, and 6 cents. The options were not issued to key management personnel or associates. The terms of the securities have not yet been confirmed by ASX.
