Application for quotation of securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has applied for the quotation of 70,000,000 fully paid ordinary securities on the ASX. The securities were issued as part of a transaction previously announced to the market in an Appendix 3B. The issue price per security is AUD 0.06, and the securities were issued for cash consideration. Following the quotation, Marvel Gold Limited will have a total of 578,932,808 quoted securities on issue, along with several unquoted securities, including options expiring on different dates.
