Results of Meeting

Marvel Gold Limited held a general meeting on June 11, 2021, and the single resolution put to shareholders was passed. The resolution was regarding the spin-off of the Chilalo Project. The voting results showed that 99.70% of validly appointed proxies voted in favor of the resolution, while 0.08% voted against it. The resolution was carried, indicating that the spin-off of the Chilalo Project will proceed.
