Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form

Marvel Gold Limited has issued a Notice of General Meeting to be held on Friday, 11 June 2021, at 10:00 AM (WST) at Emerald House, West Perth. Shareholders are urged to attend or vote by lodging the proxy form provided with the Notice. The meeting will consider and vote on a resolution for the spin-out of the Chilalo Graphite Project. This transaction involves the issue of Evolution Shares by Evolution Materials Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marvel. The Directors recommend shareholders vote in favor of the resolution as it will result in the Loan Note Debt being repaid and allow Marvel to focus on its Mali Gold Projects.
