Marvel Assessing Options for Chilalo Graphite Project

Marvel Gold Ltd has announced that it is reviewing options to unlock the value of its Chilalo Graphite Project in Tanzania. The company is considering a demerger and IPO to maximize value for shareholders. The graphite market outlook is strong, with significant growth in demand expected due to the increasing popularity of electric vehicles. The Chilalo Project, which has completed a definitive feasibility study, has a post-tax NPV of US$331 million and an estimated 18-year mine life. Marvel Gold intends to finalize its preferred path for the project as soon as possible.
