Change of auditor

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has announced a change in its external auditor, appointing BDO (WA) Pty Ltd (BDO) to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The appointment will be ratified at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2021. This change is part of Marvel Gold's review of service providers as it focuses on exploration in Mali. The Board thanks PwC for their previous service. Marvel Gold Limited is an Australian resources company with gold exploration projects and landholdings in South and West Mali.
