Proposed issue of Securities - MVL

Marvel Gold Limited has announced a proposed issue of securities. They plan to issue 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. These securities are being issued as consideration for the acquisition of an 80% interest in a joint venture over exploration tenements located in Mali. The proposed issue also includes additional shares to be issued upon publication of a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource at various projects, with a minimum resource grade and size.
