Marvel finalises acquisition of South Mali Gold Projects

Marvel Gold Limited has announced the execution of a shareholders' agreement with Oklo Resources Limited to acquire an 80% interest in Oklo's South Mali gold projects, which include the Tabakorole, Yanfolila, and Kolondieba projects. This acquisition will increase Marvel's landholding in Mali to 752km2. The company believes that expanding the Tabakorole resource is the most efficient way to add value for shareholders. Marvel has already commenced a drill program to expand the resource, and completion of this transaction will allow for accelerated geophysics and soils programs to generate new targets. The corporate structure of the joint venture with Oklo has been established.
