Drilling confirms karst target at Lakanfla (amended)

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has provided an update on the ongoing drilling program at its Lakanfla Gold Project in western Mali. The drilling has successfully confirmed the existence of the karst and outlined the stratigraphy, with ongoing efforts to define the shape, depth, and potential mineralised areas of the karst. The majority of holes drilled to date have intercepted karst horizons, showcasing potential mineralisation. The next steps involve assaying the drilled samples to confirm mineralisation. The project's proximity to other large gold deposits and the presence of extensive artisanal workings are positive indicators for potential mineralisation. Further exploration work, including additional drilling, is planned based on the results.
