Trading Halt

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has requested a trading halt pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The securities of MVL will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 2 November 2020, or when the announcement is released. The company has provided the necessary information in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 and is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. No further information is deemed necessary at this time. Stuart McKenzie, the Company Secretary, signed the request letter.
